In an effort to empower entrepreneurs within our community, the Hornets launched our annual Innovation Summit to increase social and financial capital.

An annual renovation project that aims to improve the quality of neighborhood facilities across Charlotte. From 2016-2019, the initiative focused on refurbishing public basketball courts, and it has since shifted its focus to support projects in the Grier Heights community.

In partnership with Bank of America, an annual week in which volunteers from both organizations join forces on projects dedicated to giving back to the Charlotte community.

Presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, an annual initiative featuring virtual and in-person events throughout February to celebrate Black History Month.

Hornets players and staff work throughout the holiday season to spread cheer and lasting memories for individuals in need across the community.

In honor of the Hornets annual Pride Night celebration, the Charlotte Hornets collaborate with a local nonprofit to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community in the Charlotte area.
