Hornets Sports & Entertainment strives to create a safe, healthy and enjoyable atmosphere for all fans, guests, employees, players and performers that enter our doors. Below, please find information that will help prepare you for your visit to Spectrum Center.

As there may be updates throughout the season, we encourage you to check back often. We look forward to seeing you at Spectrum Center!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To avoid congestion and ensure you have plenty of time to enter the arena and reach your seat prior to tipoff, we recommend fans arrive 45-60 minutes before the game.

With limited exceptions, all tickets for Hornets games and Spectrum Center events will be digital. Tickets can be accessed through the Hornets + Spectrum Center App, via the “My Tickets” button, which will prompt you to log in to your My Hornets Account or Ticketmaster account.

For easy access, please have your ticket barcode up on your screen before you reach the entrance of Spectrum Center.

In an effort to reduce wait times upon entering the arena, Spectrum Center has a no bag policy, though exceptions will be made for purses smaller than 10"X10"X4". We recommend not bringing a bag/purse as they will be required to go through an x-ray machine prior to entering, which leads to longer wait times.

Spectrum Center has created a 100% cashless experience at all concession stands and retail locations. Reverse ATMs are located throughout the arena to convert cash to card if necessary.

All Spectrum Center concession stands and the Hornets Fan Shop offer mobile ordering and express pickup through the Hornets + Spectrum Center App.

ParkMobile allows guests to reserve parking at several lots near Spectrum Center via spectrumcenter.parkmobile.io or the ParkMobile app.
