Hosted by the Thunder Community Foundation, 50/50 Raffles offer fans a chance to win big for a good cause! With each raffle, fans can purchase raffle tickets online and the total pot is split with 50% of the proceeds benefiting the Thunder Community Foundation and 50% of the net proceeds going to one lucky participating fan.

How to Participate
Raffle ticket sales will only be conducted online. Participants must be 18 or older and in the state of Oklahoma at the time of purchase. The online raffle start date is subject to change. Winning ticket numbers will be drawn at or near the conclusion of the 3rd quarter during home or away games. For more information, please read the Rules of Participation.

Who does the raffle benefit?
The 50/50 Raffle is operated by Thunder Community Foundation (also known as the Thunder Cares Foundation), the official charity of the Oklahoma City Thunder and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The raffle benefits the Foundation’s initiatives and programming.
Who is eligible to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets?
The raffle is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are of the age of eighteen (18) or older as of the date of the purchase of raffle tickets.
Are there any limits on who can buy raffle tickets?
Yes. In addition to anyone under age 18:
Any employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives and their immediate family members and household members of the Foundation, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the NBA and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., any sponsor of the raffle, and any other entity directly involved in the development or administration of the raffle are not eligible to purchase raffle tickets or participate in the raffle.
How can I purchase raffle tickets?
Raffle tickets can be purchased online at okcthunder5050.com or through the Thunder mobile app.
We currently accept major credit cards and debit cards as forms of payment for raffle tickets.
Are the raffle tickets tax deductible?
The IRS states that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries, or similar programs are not gifts, therefore, the price of the entry does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.
Where will the winning number be posted?
The winning ticket number may be announced and posted on the video boards during an Oklahoma City Thunder home game, online at okcthunder5050.com or okcthunder.com/raffle and/or on the Thunder mobile app.
When will the prize be paid to the winner?
Once the winning raffle ticket is claimed, the prize will be paid to the Prize Claimant by check within thirty (30) days of verification that the Prize Claimant is the winner of the Raffle and has provided the necessary documentation in accordance with the Official Raffle Rules.
What happens if I do not claim my prize?
After thirty (30) days, unclaimed prizes will be donated in full to the Foundation.
Do any taxes apply?
Yes. The winner is responsible for all applicable Federal and state taxes.
What happens if I do not claim my prize?

Do I have to be present to win?
No. The ticket holder doesn’t need to be present to win. The ticket holder is given thirty (30) days to claim their winnings.
Why do online purchases require my location and/or request my current location?
Your current location is required to confirm eligibility. Purchasers of raffle tickets are required to be located within the State of Oklahoma at the time of purchase. What if I receive the following prompt: "Will you allow okcthunder5050.com to access my location"?
You will need to click "Allow Location Access" or "Enable" / "OK" from your phone or browser and reload the page.
Why am I blocked from purchasing tickets online?
The online purchasing portal uses location services to ensure all purchasers are within the State of Oklahoma. Please ensure you are located within Oklahoma state limits at the time of your purchase and that your location services are turned on.
I am in Oklahoma, but cannot access the website or the website isn’t allowing me to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets.
This is likely because you either declined the site from accessing your location or the location services on your device are disabled. The site must be able to verify your location in order to confirm that you are located in Oklahoma, at the time of purchase. Try changing your location service settings or accessing the site again and allowing permission to access your location. If the issues persist, try closing the website, clearing your browser caches and try visiting the site again.

- Open your “Settings” application
- Select the “Privacy” option
- Select the “Location Services” option
- Make sure “Location Services” is toggled ‘on’

An error following billing information generally means that there was an issue with the payment information. The most common causes of an error are:
- Billing information does not match what the creditor has on file.
- Payment method used is not an acceptable form of payment.
- Creditor declined the transaction due to NSF or suspicious transaction.

- RAFFLE ADMINISTRATOR: The Thunder Community Foundation 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”) is administered by the Thunder Community Foundation (the “Foundation”), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. By participating in this Raffle, you represent that you meet all of the below-stated requirements and agree to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Foundation, whose decisions are final and binding. Any questions or communications regarding this Raffle should be directed to the Foundation only.
- ELIGIBILITY: The Raffle is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of purchase, and who are physically present in Oklahoma when purchasing a Raffle Ticket (each a “Participant”). Void where prohibited by law. Employees, household members (legally related or not) of employees working directly with the Raffle, and the immediate family members (i.e., spouses, parents, legal guardians, siblings, and children) of employees of the Foundation, The Professional Basketball Club, LLC (the “Oklahoma City Thunder”), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., AscendFS Delaware, Inc. (the “Raffle Software Provider”), any sponsor of the Raffle (if any), and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, and agents of the preceding entities, and those individuals employed under the following companies that provide services at Paycom Center are not eligible to participate in the raffle: ASM Global, Legends Hospitality, Jani King, and Levy are not eligible to enter or win. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Participants acknowledge, understand, and agree that their participation in the Raffle is voluntary and motivated by their desire to make a charitable donation to the Foundation and not for personal financial gain. The Foundation encourages Participants to participate in the Raffle responsibly.
- RAFFLE PERIOD: Each Raffle will begin and end at a date and time determined by the Foundation in its sole discretion (“Raffle Period”). The Raffle Period will be made available to Participants through the Entry Methods (defined below). All Raffle Ticket purchases must be completed before the end of the applicable Raffle Period.
- EARLY BIRD DRAWING AND PRIZES: The Foundation may identify any Raffle, in its sole discretion, as a Raffle featuring an “Early Bird” drawing. In an Early Bird drawing, Raffle Tickets (as defined below) purchased prior to a designated and publicly announced Early Bird closing time will be eligible to win an additional specified Early Bird Raffle prize for such Raffle. All Raffle Tickets purchased during an Early Bird period will be entered into both the Early Bird drawing and the money prize Raffle. Selection of the Early Bird winner, odds of winning, purchase instructions, eligibility, and announcement of winner, and all other rules, terms, and conditions of the standard Raffle will apply to the Early Bird drawing; provided, however that the Foundation reserves the right to substitute the Early Bird prize with any prize of greater or equal value, and the Early Bird winner may not sell, assign, transfer, or substitute the Early Bird prize (or any portion the prize) or redeem the Early Bird prize for cash value. Details of the timing and prize for each Early Bird drawing will be publicly announced on the Website (as defined below) prior to the start of the applicable Raffle.
- ENTRY METHOD: During the Raffle Period, Raffle Tickets will be sold: (a) online through www.okcthunder.com/raffle (“Website”) and (b) through your mobile device within the official Oklahoma City Thunder mobile app (“App”) (collectively, the “Entry Methods”). Each Participant must complete the official Raffle form with all the required information, which may include name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, and the number of Raffle Tickets the Participant wishes to purchase. You may enter the Raffle if you: (i) meet the eligibility requirements; (ii) agree to these Official Rules and any additional terms and conditions which may apply; and (iii) purchase Raffle Tickets in one of the amounts listed by the Foundation on the Website or App. Once purchased, each Raffle Ticket produces a counterfoil Raffle Ticket in a digital format (each, a “Raffle Ticket”), which is then aggregated with all other Raffle Tickets received by the Foundation through all Entry Methods during the Raffle Period in preparation for the Drawing (defined below). When purchasing one or more Raffle Tickets within the App or through the Website, the Foundation’s Privacy Policy, and any Raffle Software Provider terms and conditions pertaining to Raffle Ticket purchases made through the App or Website, shall apply in addition to these Official Rules. All Raffle Tickets must be purchased using a valid debit or credit card. All Raffle Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. The Foundation retains the right to change ticket offerings and prices at any time without prior notice. The Foundation and any related entities or Raffle Software Provider are not liable for any Raffle Tickets that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undelivered, or destroyed regardless of cause or person responsible including, but not limited to, any problem or technical malfunction of any computer, online system or server or technical problem or traffic congestion on the Internet. If a Participant enters a Raffle via a mobile device, data charges may apply.
- DRAWING, PRIZE & ODDS: Subject to any technical, software, or other unanticipated circumstance, at the end of the applicable Raffle Period, one (1) Raffle Ticket will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Raffle Tickets received during the Raffle Period through all Entry Methods (the “Drawing”). The winning Raffle Ticket may be announced via the public address system during an Oklahoma City Thunder home game, the Website, the App, or through such other means as determined by the Foundation in its sole discretion. The Released Parties (defined below) shall not be liable for any technical, software, or other unanticipated circumstance that prevents the Drawing from occurring as described herein. Subject to Section 6 below, the Prize Winner will receive fifty percent (50%) of the total amount collected from the sale of Raffle Tickets by the Foundation during the applicable Raffle Period, less reasonable expenses incurred by the Foundation for the operation of the Raffle and any required tax withholdings (the “Prize”). In the event an insufficient amount is deducted to cover the Foundation’s expenses, the Foundation shall absorb such expenses. All remaining proceeds from the Raffle shall be retained by the Foundation for the benefit of the Foundation in accordance with applicable law. Odds of winning the Raffle are based on the total number of Raffle Tickets purchased in each Raffle Period. The final Prize amount announced during an Oklahoma City Thunder home game, displayed on the Website and/or App, may be adjusted based on the Foundation’s final determination of funds actually collected from the sale of Raffle Tickets, any technical errors involved in the Raffle, or other factors impacting the Prize amount. As a result, the Prize check may be less than the amount announced. Only one Prize check will be given per Drawing and a Prize cannot be split into multiple checks. No substitutes for the cash prize will be allowed. The Prize offered is provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee either express or implied by the Foundation. The Foundation has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.
- CLAIMING A PRIZE: To claim a Prize, the Participant bearing the Raffle Ticket that numerically corresponds with the winning Raffle Ticket counterfoil (a “Prize Claimant”) must contact the Foundation within thirty (30) days of the Drawing, the Prize Claimant will need to either email the Foundation at 5050raffle@okcthunder.com or call the Foundation at 405-208-4800 during normal business hours (typically, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CT, excluding holidays) to schedule an appointment to present and verify the potential winning Raffle Ticket counterfoil. Upon presentation and verification that the Prize Claimant holds the winning Raffle Ticket, each Prize Claimant must provide the Foundation with all information required to claim a Prize, including but not limited to the following documents (collectively, the “Required Documentation”): (i) a completed Prize-Acceptance Affidavit and Release; (ii) a W-9 tax form; (iii) current residential and mailing address; (iv) current telephone number; (v) one (1) form of current government-issued identification bearing a photo; and (vi) any other documentation which may be required for tax compliance (including a valid social security number), and/or fulfillment of state and/or federal requirements. In the event a Prize Claimant: (a) does not notify the Foundation within thirty (30) days of the Drawing; (b) is ruled ineligible for any reason; (c) refuses the Prize; or (d) does not return any of the Required Documentation, the Prize will be forfeited and will be retained by the Foundation for its own authorized use. The Foundation has no obligation to contact Participants or Prize Claimants in connection with the Raffle. All Prizes will be delivered via check within thirty (30) days of the Prize Claimant delivering the winning Raffle Ticket, the fully completed Requirement Documentation, and all other required documents to the Foundation. For security and safety reasons, no cash payments will be made to any Prize Claimant. Once a Prize has been delivered to a Prize Claimant, the Prize Claimant shall be considered a “Prize Winner” for purposes of these Official Rules.
- RAFFLE TICKETS ARE NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE: Each Participant acknowledges and understands that the Internal Revenue Service has taken the position that amounts paid for chances to participate in raffles, lotteries, or similar programs are not gifts and, therefore, the price of a Raffle Ticket does not qualify as a deductible charitable contribution.
- TAXES: The Prize Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, fees and other government assessments on the awarded Prize. Furthermore, each Prize Winner acknowledges that federal law (and as applicable, state law) requires that a tax withholding on certain Prize values must be collected by the Foundation from Prize Winners prior to award or distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time each Prize is claimed will be followed.
- NO TRANSFER OR SHARING OF RAFFLE TICKETS: Participants may not transfer, give away, or re-sell their Raffle Ticket to other parties, and may not give their Raffle Ticket away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell such Raffle Ticket. Any Raffle Ticket which has been resold or transferred in violation of these Official Rules shall be void. All individuals who re-sell, transfer, purchase, or receive a Raffle Ticket in violation of these Official Rules shall be ineligible to participate in the Raffle. The Foundation will only issue a Prize to one individual for any Raffle. If there are persons who purchased a winning Raffle Ticket together, or an entity purchased a winning Raffle Ticket, such entity/persons shall decide, in their sole discretion, which individual shall be considered as the Prize Claimant prior to submitting any documentation required to claim the respective Prize. Any and all issues that may arise from this provision shall be the sole responsibility of such persons and will be subject to applicable laws and regulations, and the Foundation shall have no responsibility or liability in resolving any disputes or providing legal, tax, or other advice to any such persons.
- PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Raffle or accepting a Prize, each Participant hereby irrevocably and perpetually grants to the Foundation, and their designees a worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute and publicly display any images or likenesses taken or captured of the Participant in connection with their participating in the Raffle or receiving a Prize (collectively, the “Images”), in any form, media or content which now or hereafter exists, for advertising, promotional or any other commercial purposes as well as non-commercial purposes. Each Participant waives any compensation for any use of such Images. Each Participant hereby releases and waives any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities and causes of action arising from the Foundation’s, or its designee’s, uses of the Images, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, publicity, personality, or exploitation of the Participant’s name or likeness.
- PRIVACY POLICY: Any information collected during a Participant's participation in the Raffle will be collected by the Foundation and used by the Foundation (i) for purposes of proper administration and fulfillment of the Raffle as described in these Official Rules, and (ii) as described in the Foundation’s privacy policy, posted at https://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html.
- RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNITY: By participating in the Raffle, the Participant on Participant’s behalf and on behalf of the Participant’s spouse, assigns, administrators, executors and legal representatives hereby releases, waives, discharges, covenants not to sue, and indemnifies the Released Parties (defined below) from any claim or loss arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Raffle, acceptance of the Prize, or any exercise by the Foundation of any of its rights set forth herein or the Official Rules of the Raffle, including, but not limited to, any claims related to: (a) any injury to the Participant (including death) or the Participant’s property that occurs in connection with participation in the Raffle, receiving the Prize or any related activities; (b) any failure to report and pay any income taxes arising from acceptance of the Prize; and (c) the Participant’s acts or the acts of any other party with respect to the Participant’s receipt of the Prize, or participation in the Raffle, regardless of whether any such claims are caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any entity or person released hereunder. The term “Released Parties” means the Foundation, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Raffle Software Provider, any sponsor of the Raffle (if any), any other company involved in the development or administration of the Raffle, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, advertising and promotion agencies and agents.
- DISCLAIMER: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) Raffle Tickets which are stolen, lost, damaged, illegible, given away or no longer in the Participant’s possession, (b) Raffle Tickets that have been or may have been tampered with or re-sold in violation of these Official Rules; (c) Raffle Tickets or payments that are delayed, misdirected, lost, interrupted, undelivered, not fully captured, or garbled as a result of any failure or problem whatsoever with the availability, functionality, operability or use of any network, server, ISP, website, computer, telephone, cable or satellite modem or connection, app, website, hand held mobile device, computer hardware or software, or any other computer equipment or connection, whether or not caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by viruses, worms, or malfunctions affecting a network, server ISP or any equipment or programming used in or associated with the Raffle; (d) any other errors of any kind, whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, or electronic in nature, which relate to or are connected with the Raffle (collectively, as described in clauses (a) through (d), “Errors”), including without limitation Errors in Raffle-related materials or in the administration of the Raffle, such as Errors in processing Entries, identifying Prize Claimant, determining Prize Winner, or announcing or delivering Prizes. If any portion of the Raffle is compromised, in the Foundation’s sole judgment, by a virus, worm, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the Foundation’s sole judgment, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Raffle, or the proper submission or capture of Raffle Tickets (collectively, a “Compromising Event”), then the Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Raffle, and to select winners from all eligible, non-suspect Raffle Tickets received before the known occurrence or discovery of such Comprising Event. All ticket purchases shall be final, and, no refunds or replacements will be issued by the Foundation. The Foundation has the sole and final decision on the admissibility of Raffle Tickets and the determination of Prize Winners to be made in its sole discretion.
- DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW: The Raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rule of any jurisdiction. Any claims regarding the Raffle that are not released, must be brought in the State or Federal Courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and each Participant hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of any such action. Each Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action not waived arising out of or in connection with the Raffle, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Raffle, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE AWARDED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT IN THE RAFFLE.
- DISQUALIFICATION; CHANGES: Foundation reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the ticketing process or the operation of the Raffle, re-sells their Raffle Ticket, violates the Official Rules or other applicable terms and conditions incorporated hereunder, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Foundation reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle or these Official Rules or disqualify any individual, Participant, or Raffle Ticket for purposes of protecting the integrity of the Raffle or addressing changes in business operations or other circumstances, to the extent allowed under applicable law. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE RAFFLE IS A VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- FOUNDATION; WINNERS LIST: Thunder Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, with an address at 208 Thunder Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. Persons may obtain a list of Raffle winner names by sending a request (identifying the “50/50 Raffle”) to the above address. Request for Raffle winner names will only be provided for the six (6) month period prior to the date of such request. The winning raffle ticket numbers also will be posted by the Foundation on the web page of www.okcthunder.com/raffle.
