Doug DeVos

Doug DeVos is the co-founder of Continuum Ventures, an organization that manages business investments and supports the philanthropic, public policy, and civic engagement work of Doug and his wife, Maria, along with their family. In addition, Doug is engaged in his family's leadership of DeVos family-owned ventures, including the Orlando Magic, Amway and RDV Corporation.

Doug serves as co-chair of the board of directors at Amway, the world's largest direct selling company. He was president of Amway from 2002-2018 and previously held leadership positions for the company in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Doug is actively involved in the leadership of the Doug and Maria DeVos Foundation, supporting causes focused on helping youth, families, and the community obtain the resources and tools needed to achieve their full potential. He is chairman of the Frederick Douglass Society and leads the Ambassador Network for Stand Together, an organization committed to helping people realize their potential by addressing society's biggest challenges. He chairs the Executive Committee for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia and is involved in numerous Michigan business and civic organizations, including the West Michigan Policy Forum and the Gerald R. Ford Presidental Foundation.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Purdue University, where he was a member of the Purdue football team.
