• We require 6 Golden Oldies minimum to be booked for all appearances, but you may book as many as 20.
• They can perform 2 routines maximum per hour.
• Golden Oldies will interact with and enthuse your guests.
• Golden Oldies will sign autographs and take photos with your guests.

Both indoor and outdoor settings are suitable for HEAT Golden Oldie appearances. Sound system should be provided by the client. The Golden Oldies will bring music on their phone; please provide an Aux cord. If another format is desired, please let us know when the booking request form is submitted. If client provides customized promotional t-shirts or other apparel, client must notify us in advance and receive our approval of such apparel.

$150.00 per hour (of part thereof), per Golden Oldie.

You must cover the cost of their transportation, which costs roughly $1,000 for our charter bus.

Payment: Payment must be made in advance and must be in the form of a credit card, cashier's check, or money order payable to: The Miami HEAT, c/o Kaseya Center, 601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132, Attention: Crystal Rogers Marketing.

Payment must be received at least one week prior to the event, or the appearance will be canceled. An invoice will be generated once the booking process has been completed.

Travel Expenses: If the event is more than 25 miles from the Kaseya Center, mileage is to be paid by the client at the rate of $0.56 per mile. Should Golden Oldies incur any miscellaneous expenses (e.g., parking and/or valet charges), it is the client's responsibility to cover such costs. Trips that require air travel will be arranged on a case by case basis.

Cancellation: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing no later than one (1) week prior to the event. You will incur a 50% penalty if you cancel an appearance with less than one (1) week's notice, and a 75% penalty if you cancel with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice.

Logo Usage: Requesting or booking Golden Oldies does not entitle you to the usage of any HEAT logos, other Heat identifiers, or the name and/or likeness of any individuals. You must request and get prior approval for any usage of the HEAT logos and/or other identifiers. Any promotional materials that mention the HEAT or Golden Oldies must be approved before distribution, publication, or other use.

Event Sponsors: Please inform us in advance of the names of all sponsors for your event. Sponsors are subject to our approval.

Safety/Liability: We diligently strive to maintain a safe environment for Heat personnel and our guests/audience.We reserve the right to cancel or terminate any appearance at any time if we determine in our sole discretion that Golden Oldies appearance or presence at your event is or will be unsafe for any reason. Booking Golden Oldies confirms your agreement that the Miami HEAT is in NOWAY liable for any injuries sustained as a result of our personnel appearing at your event, and your agreement to forever release, acquit, and hold harmless the HeatGroup and all of its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, personal injury, death, property damage, and/or losses incurred in any way or connection herewith.
