The Trail Blazers announced guard CJ McCollum will not return to action on Friday after spraining his left ankle in the second quarter. McCollum was injured after colliding with Maxi Kleber on an errant drive, ultimately leaving with 7:53 to go in the half.

McCollum had totaled four points, a rebound and two assists through 11 minutes, and exited with the Blazers chasing a seven-point deficit.
