It was only January 26, just three short weeks ago, that NBA legend Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash that also claimed the lives of his daughter Gianna, her Mamba Academy teammates Payton Chester and Alyssa Altobelli as well as Chester’s mother Sarah, Altobelli’s parents Keri and John, assistant coach Christina Mauser and the pilot, Ara Zobayan.
