NEW YORK, NY&nbsp;(June 20, 2022) –&nbsp;The NBA announced today the game and broadcast schedules for NBA 2K23 Summer League 2022,&nbsp;which will take place July 7-17 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.&nbsp;The New York Knicks matchups are as follows:

Friday, July 8 vs. Golden State - 8:00PM ET on ESPN2

Sunday, July 10 vs. Chicago - 5:00PM ET on ESPN2

Monday, July 11 at Portland - 11:00PM ET on ESPN2

Thursday, July 14 at Orlando - 7:30PM ET on NBA TV

The team will also have an additional game announced at a later date.

NEW YORK, February 16, 2022 – Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (NYSE: MSGS) announced today a marketing partnership with digital fitness coaching service Future, naming the leading personal training app an Official Fitness Coaching Partner of the New York Knicks.

Future will be the presenting partner of an original content series, which will spotlight the key role that the Knicks strength and conditioning personnel play. The series will feature Knicks strength and conditioning staffers and will run across the Knicks digital channels and in-arena.  Future will receive significant brand promotion throughout Knicks games at Madison Square Garden, including LED Signage, Basket Stanchion Signage and promotional in-game features on GardenVision.

NEW YORK, December 21, 2021 – The New York Knicks announced today that the team has signed guard Matt Mooney to a 10-day contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed 

Mooney, 6-3, 199-pounds, is averaging 15.2 points, 4.6 assists, 4.3 rebounds and 2.17 steals over 32.8 minutes in 12 games (10 starts) for the Capitanes de Ciudad de México, an official NBA G League team. He holds career G League averages of 13.1 points, 5.1 assists and 3.4 rebounds over 30.5 minutes in 69 games (52 starts) over three seasons with Ciudad de Mexico, Raptors 905, Memphis, and Canton. Mooney played in four games with the Cleveland Cavaliers during the 2019-20 season recording two points and three rebounds over 19 minutes. 

The Chicago, IL-native went undrafted in 2019 after leading Texas Tech University to the school’s first-ever NCAA Final Four. He averaged 11.3 points, 3.3 assists and 3.1 rebounds over 31.0 minutes in 38 games (all starts) as a senior. Prior to his one season with the Red Raiders, Mooney spent his sophomore and junior seasons at South Dakota and his freshman campaign at Air Force.

Knicks Sign Matt Mooney to a 10-Day Contract

NEW YORK, December 21, 2021 – The New York Knicks announced today that the team has signed guard Damyean Dotson to a 10-day contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed 

Dotson, 6-6, 210-pounds, is averaging 12.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.9 assists over 34.9 minutes in 12 games (all starts) for the Austin Spurs, the official NBA G League affiliate of the San Antonio Spurs. He holds career NBA averages of 7.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists over 20.0 minutes in 211 games (49 starts) over four seasons with New York and Cleveland. He was originally selected by New York in the second round (44th overall) of the 2017 NBA Draft out of the University of Houston. He spent his first three seasons with the Knicks, recording 7.8 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists over 20.1 minutes in 165 games (42 starts).

The Houston, TX-native played two seasons at the University of Oregon (2012-13 through 2013-14) before finishing his collegiate career with Houston (2015-16 through 2016-17). As a senior, he averaged 17.4 points and 6.9 rebounds in 32 games, earning All-AAC First Team honors.
