Would you like to submit a trivia question for a specific Heat player to answer in the 6th annual edition of Hot Seconds with Jax? To have a chance at having your question selected all you have to do is make a video recording of your question and email it to HotSecondsWithJax@gmail.com. Be sure to state your name, where you are from, who your question is for and your question clearly. Please write the answer to your question in the body of your email. All participants must be over the age of 18 to participate.
