Signing up requires account creation via Ticketmaster credentials. This will allow you to add one or more payment methods when placing mobile orders. To use Spurs Pay you will first need to login via Ticketmaster.
Successfully completing payment via Spurs Pay requires you to connect one or more credit/debit card(s). Card uploads and linking must include CVV codes. Information is always encrypted over secure networks.
You can spend and redeem all deals and offer types via Spurs Pay. This includes:
- Spurs Pay offers
- Complimentary value
- Ticket member benefits
You can find any existing deals and offers on the Spurs app’s profile (once you’ve logged in with Ticketmaster).
Spurs Pay offers will automatically be deducted from your order total. Any offer balance will be updated after your order has been placed. If the value of your order is greater than your offer value, the system will charge the remaining balance to the payment method attached to your account.
Any member benefits associated with your Ticketmaster account will also be automatically deducted from your order total. Similarly, if the value of your order is greater than your offer value, the system will charge the remaining balance to the payment method attached to your account.
