Kuzma paced Washington's scoring attack despite a rough shooting night. He also fell one rebound shy of his second double-double of the campaign, marking his best effort on the glass since Oct. 28. Friday's showing was arguably Kuzma's best all-around performance since a right groin injury forced him to miss five games earlier in the month.

Best scoring output of season

Sarr posted his best scoring performance of the season Friday and added to his stellar night by showcasing his prowess on the defensive end. The rookie struggled mightily to find the bottom of the net through his first five appearances of November, hitting 35.3 percent of his field-goal attempts, but he's turned a corner of late, drilling 13 of 27 shots in his last two games.

Turns in strong final line

Poole wasn't able to top his 42-point night Wednesday against the Spurs, but he posted yet another strong scoring night and has drilled 10 combined triples in his last two games. He also appears to be back on track as a distributor after a slow start to November, averaging 5.7 assists over his last three appearances.
