Joins Pacers on two-year deal
The Pistons let Wiseman walk in free agency, and the former No. 2 overall pick will join the Pacers to backup Myles Turner. Wiseman played one full season with Detroit after being acquired from the Warriors in 2022-23, during which he averaged a career-low 7.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 0.6 blocks across 17.3 minutes in 63 regular-season games. The 23-year-old will aim for a fresh start where he can revitalize his career on a team that hopes to contend.

Inks Exhibit 10 deal
James went undrafted but will play for the Pacers during Summer League action with a chance to earn a two-way deal for the 2024-25 campaign. Across five seasons at Tennessee, the 6-foot-6 guard averaged 8.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.3 steals per game.

Drafted by Indiana
Freeman spent five years at Akron before declaring for the NBA Draft. In 2023-24, he averaged 18.6 points, 12.9 rebounds, 1.7 blocks and 1.6 assists in 35 games. While Freeman has shown impressive rebounding abilities for a 6-foot-7 forward, there is no obvious path for playing time right out of the gate.
