A Phoenix Suns license plate!
Fans can now purchase the Suns license plates with only $5 to upgrade your current Suns license plate or $25 to get a new one. Plates are available online or in person at an MVD office.

You can show your Suns pride and help kids throughout Arizona! You won't want to miss out on this opportunity to support your Phoenix Suns and the community as all proceeds from the Suns license plate program are donated to Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation.

Since its inception, Phoenix Suns/Phoenix Mercury Foundation has donated more than $2.5M annually to worthy Arizona organizations focused on children and families in need.

You can order your new plate online at azmvdnow.gov, starting October 18, 2021.

AZ MVD Now is the Motor Vehicle Division's new online platform. It's fast, easy, secure and personalized for you, once you set up your account and log in you will see your information and your personalized home page. From there, you can easily order your new license plate. Visit azmvdnow.gov to log in or activate your account.

If you are buying a Suns license plate for the first time the cost is $25 for a non-personalized Suns plate and $50 for a personalized Suns plate (six-character limit).

Those with a non-personalized Suns plate can apply for a plate replacement by visiting an MVD or Authorized Third Party office, or online at azmvdnow.gov. A $5 replacement fee and postage will apply. Both versions of the plate will be valid for use.

Those with a personalized Suns plate can request a remake of their current personalization (maximum six characters) by visiting an MVD or Authorized Third Party office, or online at azmvdnow.gov. A $5 replacement fee and postage will apply.

Those with a personalized plate other than Suns can apply for the new plate design by visiting an MVD or Authorized Third Party office, or online at azmvdnow.gov. The maximum number of characters allowed for the new plate is six, five for disability. This requires a new application, and a $50 annual personalized/specialty plate fee.
