Lester Quinones signed with the Philadelphia 76ers in September 2024 on a two-way contract.
Quinones joins the Sixers after signing a two-way contract with Golden State in 2022 following the 2022 NBA Draft. Quinones appeared in 31 G League games that season for the Santa Cruz Warriors, averaging 21.8 points, 7.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists. He won the 2022-23 NBA G League Most Improved Player award.
Quinones’ contract was converted to a standard NBA contract on February 22 with the Warriors. He finished the 2023-24 season averaging 4.4 points in 37 NBA games and 23.6 points in 15 G League games.
Prior to joining the NBA, Quinones played three seasons at the University of Memphis where he averaged 10.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game across 87 collegiate matchups.
