PHOENIX (AP) — The Phoenix Suns signed center Gracin Bakumanya, forward Derek Cooke Jr., guard Shaquille Harrison and forward Derrick Jones Jr. on Sunday, bringing their roster to 19 players.
The 6-foot-11 Bakumanya went undrafted as an international early entry candidate. From the Congo, the 19-year-old center played in France last season.
The 6-9 Cooke spent last season with the Suns’ NBA D League affiliate in Bakersfield, California, averaging 4.8 points and 7.0 rebounds in 47 games. He played at Wyoming.
The 6-4 Harrison went undrafted after four seasons at Tulsa. A starter in all 133 games in his four years, he averaged 11.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.8 steals for his career. As a senior, he averaged career highs of 15.1 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists.
The 6-7 Jones was undrafted after averaging 11.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 30 games as a freshman at UNLV.
