The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Indiana Pacers 112-91 in the NBA 2K24 Summer League at Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas on Friday. 

A 29-18 second-quarter edge carried Dallas to the blowout win, and it maintained a double-digit lead for the entirety of the second half. Dallas got its lead up to 26 at times, finishing things off with a 33-27 fourth quarter. The Mavericks shot 50.6% from the field and 34.5% from three-point range while holding the Pacers to 43.4% from the field and 27.8% from long range. Dallas also outrebounded Indiana 57-39, while outscoring the Pacers 60-46 in the paint. 

The Mavericks (3-1) were led by A.J. Lawson, who accrued 24 points, four rebounds and two steals. Olivier-Maxence Prosper provided 18 points and five rebounds. Jordan Walker led the bench with 21 points, eight assists and two steals. while Mike Miles totaled 13 points, four rebounds and two assists. 

Ben Sheppard was a bright spot for the Pacers (2-2), collecting 19 points, two rebounds and two assists. Kendall Brown compiled 14 points and six rebounds. Jarace Walker finished with 13 points, five rebounds and two assists, while Ethan Thompson led the bench with eight points, three rebounds and three assists. 

Both teams will finish Summer League on Sunday, but their matchups have yet to be determined.
