Johnsonville Greek Brat

A Wisconsin favorite with a Greek (Freak) inspired twist – guaranteed to be an MVP dish at your next tailgate, NBA viewing party or gathering.

Beer, cheese and sausage are synonymous with Milwaukee and Wisconsin’s tailgate culture. Johnsonville brats – German-style sausages known for their juiciness and bold flavors – date back to 1945. We’ve incorporated traditional Gyro toppings to give the local delicacy a Greek flair in honor of the Bucks’ own Greek Freak – Giannis Antetokounmpo.
