Rendezvous BBQ Nachos
Charlie Vergos’ Rendezvous is a Memphis staple with world-famous recipes. These signature dishes originated in the iconic basement of Rendezvous in Downtown Memphis, serving locals and tourists alike. One such option has become one of the most popular items for Memphis Grizzlies fans at FedExForum: Rendezvous BBQ Nachos.
Ingredients:
| 3 oz. bag tortilla chips |
| 1/4 cup pulled pork shoulder or chopped chicken |
| 1/4 cup of your favorite quality cheese sauce |
| Rendezvous BBQ sauce |
| Rendezvous seasoning |
| jalapeños (optional) |
Directions:
1. Lay out a bed of tortilla chips
2. Add warm pulled pork shoulder or chopped chicken (or make it 1/2 and 1/2)
3. Add 1/4 cup of warmed cheese sauce
4. Pour desired amount of Rendezvous BBQ sauce on top
5. Shake a generous amount of Rendezvous seasoning
6. Top with jalapeños
