Hours before LeBron and Bronny James possibly make NBA history as the first father-son duo to play in a game together, Nike released an ad featuring the duo.
Don’t be late ROOK! 🤣🤴🏾👑🫡 pic.twitter.com/zxR6O8ewJp

Not only did it show how excited LeBron is to have his son as a teammate, but it also served as a reminder that Bronny isn’t above rookie hazing.
The Los Angeles Lakers’ teammates play their home opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday. In the commercial, LeBron fills up Bronny’s car with cereal and runs off as Bronny comes out of the house.
Bronny opens the car door and cereal pours out onto the driveway. While Bronny groans at his dad’s prank, LeBron says, “Hey rook, you better not be late,” from the back of his car before pulling off.
Despite beginning his record-tying 22nd NBA season, LeBron shows he’s still young at heart.
