The Hot Kobe Frank embodies the essence of Cleveland, resembling a melting pot of diverse cultures and culinary traditions that define our local cuisine. With its combination of the classic frank, Cle Hot Sauce, and a refreshing kale salad, it mirrors the rich tapestry of cultures found throughout our city—it’s a harmonious blend that just works!

Directions:
- Begin by drizzling ranch dressing on the bottom half of a brioche bun
- Place an American Kobe Hot Dog for a luxury spin on a fan-favorite on the top of the ranch-drizzled brioche bun
- Pour 1.5 ounces of SOS Cleveland Hot Sauce over the hot dog
- Add 2 ounces of kale slaw on top of the hot dog. This will add a crunchy and flavorful element to the sandwich
- Finish off your hot dog by garnished it with fried onion tanglers for extra crisp to the overall dish
