On Wednesday, May 4, the Philadelphia 76ers and Dallas Mavericks will look to steal home-court advantage and even the series at one in their respective series’.
The 76ers lost to the Heat in the first game, 106-92, and couldn’t do much offensively without Joel Embiid. Embiid will also miss Game 2 due to injury.
Meanwhile, the Suns took care of business in the first game against the Mavericks, winning 121-114.
What can we expect for tonight’s slate?

76ers vs. Heat: Tobias Harris Over 30.5 Points, Rebounds, Assists
In the first game of the East Semifinals matchup, Tobias Harris was the main contributor for the 76ers. He scored 27 points, earned six rebounds, and had one assist in 37 minutes. He played the most minutes of any 76ers player, took the most shots, and also shot the ball with efficiency.
Harris has the potential to score around 30 points alone. Once you had his ability to rebound and the occasional assist that he’ll bring to the table, Harris to get 31 points, rebounds, and assists just makes perfect sense with Joel Embiid still out for Game 2.
Harris has 10 or more rebounds in four of six games against the Raptors, even when Embiid was playing. A quick 20 and 10 with an assist is all we’d need. That’s very attainable.
Bet: Tobias Harris Over 30.5 Points, Rebounds, Assists (-115 at FanDuel)
76ers vs. Heat: Max Strus Over 3.5 Three-pointers
If you want a solid plus-money option, this is the bet for you. Max Strus is questionable for tonight’s game but will likely play. He went 1-for-7 from downtown in Game 1 but the volume was there. Against the Hawks, in the first round, Strus averaged over three makes from beyond the arc per game and took nine attempts per game.
Strus is very capable of putting up four or five threes in this game. The volume will be there. Game 1 was a bit of an outlier. He hasn’t struggled from beyond the arc that much this season, especially going 1-for-7. Look for Strus to get back on track. Once he starts feeling it, he’ll be throwing up plenty of volume.
Bet: Max Strus Over 3.5 Three-pointers (+160 at FanDuel)
Mavericks vs. Suns: DeAndre Ayton Over 19.5 Points
In Game 1, the Mavericks could not defend DeAndre Ayton for their life of them. Ayton scored 25 points and went 12-for-20 from the field. He also only had one foul in the game, which allowed him to play 33 minutes in that game.
Ayton was extremely efficient and just made every post-play look so easy against the Mavericks. In the first series against the Pelicans, Ayton averaged20.5 points on 70.3% from the field. He only shot 60 percent from the field against the Mavericks but had more volume down low.
Look for Ayton to continue his dominance in the paint against a Mavericks team that just doesn’t have the bodies to defend Ayton well enough.
Bet: DeAndre Ayton Over 19.5 Points (-102 at FanDuel)
