Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook
Joel Embiid Over 40.5 Points/Rebounds (-110)
Even with the changes to the 76ers, they’ve started the season 3-1, and the one loss was by a point to the Bucks. The reigning MVP has been stellar to start the season, leading the team with 30.3 points, 11.0 rebounds, and 7.0 assists. They get the Suns, who have struggled without Devin Booker and Bradley Beal, allowing 248 points in the last two games. The Suns have been excellent defensively further away from the basket but struggle to cover the rim, that’s why Emiid should dominate inside.
Domantas Sabonis Over 13.5 Rebounds (+105)
The Kings are coming off their best season in over a decade but have gotten out of the gate slow and have yet to get back-to-back wins or losses. Injuries have played a part, including last year’s team-leading scorer D’Andre Fox. Domantas Sabonis has stepped up with a double-double in each game and is fifth with 14.0 rebounds. They get the Rockets, who will be in the rebuilding process for another year. are 25th in rebounds allowed per game and 26th in rebounds allowed to power forwards.
Jrue Holiday Over 6.5 Assists (+125)
The new-look Celtics are enjoying early success as they sit with the best-adjusted offense rating in the league and are 4-0. Jrue Holiday is one of their newest pieces and is playing well as he’s a great defensive component. He’s also second on the team with 4.0 assists per game, and he will go beyond that against the Nets, who are allowing the third-most assists per game to guards.
