Malik Beasley Over 2.5 Rebounds | Bucks @ Timberwolves
With over a 60% success rate over his last 15 appearances and Malik Beasley’s average of 3.9 rebounds per game, this pick certainly stands out in what should be an epic battle. This game will feature quite a few high-volume rebounding options. Though if Beasley hovers around his usual minutes, this number is quite attainable.
Jalen Johnson Over 24.5 Points + Rebounds | Raptors @ Hawks
Over his last 10 outings, Jalen Johnson is averaging 16.5 points with 10.2 rebounds in over 35 minutes per game. Toronto is quite devoid of rebounding and rim protection, so Johnson has a chance to fly over this mark quite easily. In their last matchup, Johnson posted a line of 17/12. We will be looking for more of the same tonight.
Jalen Williams Under 30.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists | Wizards @ Thunder
With both teams on a back-to-back, this is usually a good time to take an under. Especially when the number is so high, and the opponent has all but conceded to earn a lottery pick in the next draft. This has more to do with minutes than anything with Jalen Williams. Chances are that OKC starters will not see their usual distribution in a game that could get out of hand quickly.
Michael Porter Jr. Under 23.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists | Nuggets @ Trail Blazers
This is another instance where the opponent and the fact Denver played last night will factor heavily into this decision. Although I do feel Portland makes this way more of a contest than expected, Michael Porter Jr. has only averaged 14/4/2 in the last two meetings. Lump in a back-to-back on the road, and the under seems very well in our favor.
Dillon Brooks Over 1.5 Assists | Suns @ Rockets
This easily could be one of the highest-scoring contests of the night, and this pick is incredibly low in that regard. Dillon Brooks is not a high-volume distributor by any means, yet a steal and an outlet pass for a layup, and you’re already halfway home. If the Rockets can score anywhere from 120-130+, chances are Brooks will have assisted in at least two of those baskets.
