NBA Parlay Odds & Picks for Monday, March 28 (2022)

While the NCAA grabbed all of the weekend headlines in basketball, the Association had a busy few days as teams continue to jockey for position with just 8 to 9 games remaining per team. Nine games fill the Monday slate, as we look to find the remaining edges.

Let’s take a closer look.

Leg #1. Nuggets ML -160 at DraftKings Sportsbook

Sitting just 1.5 games ahead of the Timberwolves for the 6th (and final) confirmed spot in the Western Conference playoffs, the Nuggets have a lot left to play for. Following a Saturday night win at home vs. OKC to close out a 2-2 homestand (1-3) ATS, the Nuggets hit the road tonight to take on a Hornets team playing their third game in four nights.

Despite their recent resurgence, the Hornets are still allowing 114.4 points per game, bad enough for 27th in the league. Scoring 123.3 points per game over their past three, I like for the Nuggets to have enough left in the tank late to pull away in Charlotte.

Leg #2. Hawks -8 |  -110 at DraftKings Sportsbook

Having alternated wins and losses for seven straight games dating back to March 14th, the Hawks need to get it together quickly as they currently sit in the last seed in the Eastern Conference play-in tournament. They’ve drawn the perfect team tonight for that, facing a Pacers team they’ve won three against (2-1 ATS), scoring 132 per game over their past two.

Having not played since a 121-110 win over the Warriors on Friday, the Hawks are also as well-rested as they’ve been since the All-Star break. Look for the Hawks to pull away late led by Trae Young who is averaging 25.1 per game.

Leg #3. Thunder ML| -125 at DraftKings Sportsbook

Two teams with only pride to play for will put it on the line tonight in Portland, as the 21-54 Thunder visit the 27-47 Trail Blazers. Neither team has had much to play for since December, but that hasn’t stopped the Thunder who come into tonight having covered their past six straight.

Allowing just 110.9 points per game, the Thunder have shown defensive consistency all year and are in most games in the third quarter, despite their poor record. With Justice Winslow and Josh Hart out tonight for Portland, I like for the Thunder to have enough late to win this one outright.

Total Odds: +458 at DK Sportsbook
