In an elimination game that featured its fair share of runs, the Golden State Warriors closed out the Boston Celtics in six games to win their fourth NBA championship in six appearances.
The Warriors opened this season tied for the third-shortest betting odds to win the title (+900), and while the champagne is still flowing after the win, the odds for next season’s NBA champion are already available to bet.
