Get In The Game With Mobile Entry

Download the Miami HEAT app and tap "menu" then "tickets".

Sign in using HEAT Account Manager or your Ticketmaster.com Account login name and password.

Once logged in, your tickets for all upcoming games will be displayed. Tap the game to open your mobile ticket(s).

Locate the right ticket and tap "View Barcode" to scan into the game.

The moving line over your ticket's barcode ensures it is secured. Swipe right to scan the next ticket.

For a faster experience at entry, we suggest adding your ticket to your device's wallet. Locate the right ticket and tap "Add to Apple Wallet" to save your ticket to your device's wallet.

On game day, simply open your NFC ticket and hold your phone near the ticket reader.

When someone sends you a ticket via text message you will receive a link via text. Tap the link to accept your ticket.

To receive your ticket, you must log in using a HEAT account. If you don't already have one, tap "Create Account", enter your information and log in.

Once you've logged in, tap "Claim Tickets" to get your tickets. You can now access your tickets on the HEAT app or tap "View Barcode" from this screen to scan in at the gates.

Tap on "Sell" from the Tickets Screen(refer to Mobile Entry Guide if you need help getting here)

Select the seats you'd like to post for sale.

Set the price.

Select payout method.(*Note: Seller credit is only for Season Ticket Members.)

For Direct Deposit option enter your bank info in this Secure Form.

Review the post info for accuracy, and tap Sell Ticket(s) when ready. You are all set.

*Note: The first time you tap Tickets, you will need to use the same email address associated with your Season Ticket Memberships Account or the email address used when purchasing or accepting transferred tickets. If you do not have HEAT tickets (or have not yet accepted a ticket transfer), you will not be able to log in.

Got a Parking Pass? Read This!: Please note that if you have a Parking Pass for Bayside Marketplace, P2 Parking Garage or the World Center, the pass will load like a ticket into the Tickets area on the HEAT App and you will scan your smartphone as you enter the garage.

The Miami HEAT Season Ticket Members are able to participate in an exclusive benefits & rewards program.

Open the Miami HEAT App, tap "Menu," then "Members."

If it is your first time accessing your digital card, please accept the Terms & Conditions to continue.

Your Season Ticket Member information, digital card, and HEAT Rewards points will appear.

On the top right of your screen, please tap on "Rewards."

Tap on an item an item in the marketplace you'd like to redeem.

Read the description, select the quantity you'd like to redeem and tap "Redeem Now."

When the conformation message appears, please agree to continue.

Oon the top left of the screen, tap on "My Card." Scroll to the bottom of the page to view your pending rewards and tap on the HEAT Rewards item.

A QR code will appear. Please follow the instructions and scan the QR code at redemption location.

On the top right of your screen, please tap on "Rewards."

Next, select the "money bag" icon(located above HEAT Rewards Point Balance).

Based on Member's available HEAT Rewards Point balance, scroll to the Arena Bucks amount to purchase and select Purchase Now.

On the next screen, select the "Purchase Now" red button and then select green "green" confirm button.

HEAT Rewards points will be subtracted from balance, and Arena Bucks will be redeemed and available to apply towards purchase(s).

HOW DO I USE MY HEAT REWARDS MEMBER CARD?
Before each transaction when purchasing food, beverage, and apparel, scan your Member Card to earn extra HEAT Reward points and receive your Member discounts. Exclusion may apply.
By scanning your Member Card, you can earn one (1) HEAT Rewards point for every $1 spent. Your HEAT Rewards points balance will update in your HEAT Rewards Account within 24 hours of your transaction(s).
By scanning your Member Card, save 10% off at select concession stands in the 100 and 300 levels of the Kaseya Center*. Exclusion may apply.

How To Earn Extra HEAT Rewards Points?
For one ticket scanned from the primary Member Account, earn 200 extra points (And earn 50 extra points when scanning before tipoff).
Earn 150 extra points by typing a HEAT Rewards Code in the Miami HEAT App. When announced during HEAT TV and/or radio broadcast coverage of away games, go to the Members area on the HEAT App, tap Rewards, and the HEAT Rewards Code section is located on the HEAT Rewards Account page.

WHERE CAN I USE MY HEAT REWARDS MEMBER CARD?
HEAT Rewards Member Card can be used at Miami HEAT Store locations at the Kaseya Center, at Dolphin Mall, at Pembroke Pines Mall and the Miami International Airport.
Select concessions stands at the Kaseya Center and exclusions may apply. Please note that HEAT Rewards discount only applies to concession areas where food is sold. Items at specialty carts, bars, beer stands, and premium areas are available at regular menu prices.

Choose your form of payment, agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap on "Checkout."

A confirmation note with the QR code will appear.
