The Sales Development Program is made up of Membership Associates whose primary responsibility is reaching out to both businesses and individuals in Atlanta area to find the product that will fit them best. Your day to day will consists of making outbound phone calls and completing face to face appointments to figure out how we can help them. Our Sales Development Program acts a feeder system for all of our senior level departments, making this department our most valued sales team in the company.

The program is designed to enable rapid career advancement because we do not believe that tenure dictates success.

We also put a strong emphasis on our leadership development program for our senior level reps. This allows promoted reps to continue growing their career after the Sales Development program.

By remaining focused on training and building your intangible skills, our hope is that by the end of the program you will have achieved full autonomy, and will be able to operate your own business. Having so many SDP graduates move forward to senior level positions has allowed us to continuously build a strong work culture, which has been recognized nationally as one of the top places to work in all of sports.

Midtown

Featuring an amazing restaurant scene and craft breweries, Midtown is one the most popular spots to frequent in Atlanta. Attractions include The Fox Theatre, Woodruff Arts Center, as well as the city's largest park, Piedmont Park. The park also hosts one of the largest music festivals in the country, Music Midtown.

Virginia Highlands

Voted as the 'favorite overall neighborhood' in Atlanta, if you are looking for an escape from the city, this is the perfect spot. Virginia Highlands has become a destination for a mix of restaurants, bars, and shops all in a walkable neighborhood.

Buckhead

One of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, Buckhead boasts established mansions on beautiful, expansive properties. For upscale shopping, Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square fit the bill. Also, for nightlife, Buckhead has become a popular spot with 50 bars within a 1 mile radius.

Old Fourth Ward

This is the fastest growing area in all of Atlanta, with the Atlanta Beltline bringing a walkable element to this part of the city. You can find the two most popular shopping and eating centers in town in Ponce City Market and Krog Street Market.
