The Detroit Pistons invited Crew Members to another Fan Forum on August 1st to discuss the broadcasting and multimedia presentations at Pistons home games. Members who expressed concerns or had specific suggestions on how to improve the game atmosphere were invited to the round-table discussion. Members met with the Senior Vice President of Broadcasting and Multimedia Pete Skorich and Executive Director of Multimedia Operations Diane Ferranti.
The Detroit Pistons invited Crew Members to a Fan Forum on Thursday, July 12th to discuss The Palace parking situation, particularly as it related to game nights. Several members who had attended previous Forums and expressed parking concerns were invited for a complimentary lunch and discussion with Director of Parking Frank Weisse and some of his staff. The goal of the forum was to bring to light any and all issues that Crew members had and potentially rectify them before the 2007-08 Pistons season.
Rodney Stuckey, the Pistons' first-round draft pick Thursday night, clearly isn't on first-name basis with his fans yet, but the 6-foot-4 guard still received a resounding cheer at the Crew Members' draft night party. While a lot of fans hadn't heard of Stuckey before this week, the most well informed of them at least knew it meant Joe Dumars got his man.
At The Palace, Crew Members stayed entertained with free food, a silent auction for Pistons memorabilia and more.
