HALFTIME PERFORMANCES Halftime at MSG means eye-popping, exciting entertainment and certainly isn’t a time to leave the seats. Such entertainment includes acrobats, BMX stunt teams, recording artists, dancers, amazing animal tricks, and much more. Visiting Madison Square Garden gives fans a chance to see more than just great basketball, but also creative performances that are fun for the whole family. Interested in performing? KIDS TALENT SEARCH VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS Kids Talent Search: Video NOTE: No Audio The Knicks Kids Talent Search is a showcase for undiscovered talent (ages 5-14) in the New York area. This unbelievable opportunity allows singers or musicians to perform in front of thousands of fans and live their performance dream. Three new contestants perform monthly at a select Knicks home game. The competition is now in its seventh year, and participants each compete for educational IRAs. This could be your chance at stardom. Before being selected as the winner of NBC's "America's Got Talent," Bianca Ryan performed at a Knicks Kids Talent Contest during the '04-'05 season. Other past contestants have appeared in movies, Broadway productions and national kid talent contests. Congratulations to all of the 2007-08 season's winners! KNICKS ACROBACK TUMBLERS VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS Knicks Acroback Tumblers: Video 1 \| Video 2 The Knicks Acroback Tumblers combine high-flying flips and acrobatics to WOW the crowd everytime they take the floor. Even time-outs offer an opportunity for entertainment. At MSG, the players are not the only ones soaring through the air. With incredible athleticism combined with trampolines and moon boots, The Tumblers put on a performance you must see to believe. This New York-based group has performed internationally for over ten years, recently performing at the MTV Video Music Awards with P-Diddy and Usher. NEW YORK STICKS VIDEO HIGHLIGHTS New York Sticks Drumline : Video The New York Sticks are a drumline compiled of highly talented young performers hailing from the Brooklyn Music and Arts Program. They were most recently featured in the movie "Dave Chappelle's Block Party" and in the 2007 VH1 Hip Hop Honors commercial. These skilled New York City students perform renditions of the latest popular songs as well as their own amazing beats that always get Knicks fans going! A contestant is selected to shoot three free throws, and if the contestant can make one, he gets the chance to take one three point shot for $10,000. If the fan can bank the shot in, he wins $15,000!
